| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by crz88 before processing withdrawal requests or investigating account disputes. |

By accessing the crz88 platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the crz88 platform and close your Account.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and crz88 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements — whether oral or written — relating to the same subject matter.

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on crz88. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all associated Balances.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Indonesian mobile telephone number. crz88 may, at its sole discretion, require additional documentary evidence to corroborate the information provided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. crz88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered mobile number. crz88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
You must notify crz88 promptly if any of your registration details change. Failure to maintain accurate Account information may result in delays to withdrawal processing or suspension of Account privileges until updated documentation is provided.
crz88 is required under the terms of its international operating license to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) procedures before processing any withdrawal request or investigating any Account dispute.

KYC documentation submitted during business hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 WIB) is typically reviewed within 1–6 hours. Submissions outside business hours are reviewed within 24 hours. crz88 reserves the right to request additional documentation where initial submissions are unclear or incomplete.
Players who fail to complete KYC verification within 30 calendar days of receiving a verification request will have their withdrawal privileges suspended. Accounts that remain unverified for 90 calendar days may be closed and any remaining Balance returned to the last verified deposit source.
crz88 accepts deposits exclusively via the payment methods listed on the platform's deposit page. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). crz88 does not accept deposits via credit cards, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not explicitly listed as supported.
Current supported deposit methods include: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, and GoPay. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction for bank transfers and Rp 20.000 for e-wallet transactions. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier. Higher limits may be available to verified Players upon request to the crz88 support team.
Deposits made via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri during banking hours are typically confirmed within seconds. Off-hours transfers and e-wallet transactions are confirmed within 15 minutes in most cases. If a deposit has not been credited to your Account within 60 minutes, please contact crz88 customer support with your payment reference number.
crz88 strictly prohibits deposits from bank accounts or e-wallets not registered in your own legal name. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the associated transaction fee absorbed by the Player. Repeated third-party deposit attempts may result in Account suspension.
Withdrawals from crz88 are processed exclusively to Indonesian bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the same legal name as the crz88 Account holder. crz88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction. Requests below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the Player's Account Balance.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed by crz88's risk and compliance team before release. Approved withdrawals are typically transferred within 5–30 minutes during banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Off-hours requests are processed on the next available banking window. crz88 does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays attributable to the receiving bank's processing schedule.
All of the following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be approved:
crz88 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. However, Players acknowledge that their receiving bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees, over which crz88 has no control.
crz88 offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and other incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published in the relevant promotion and the general conditions set out in this clause.
Bonus credits and free-spin winnings are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Where no specific multiplier is stated, a default wagering requirement of 30× (thirty times) the bonus amount applies.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses must be used within 30 calendar days of being credited to a Player's Account. Unused bonus credits will expire automatically at the end of the validity period without compensation.
crz88 monitors bonus usage patterns continuously. Any Player found to be exploiting promotional offers through systematic low-risk wagering strategies, arbitrage betting, or coordinated bonus farming — whether individually or in collusion with other Players — will have all associated bonus credits cancelled and may have their Account permanently suspended.
crz88 reserves the right to exclude specific Players from specific promotions at its sole discretion, including but not limited to Players who have previously breached these Terms, Players whose betting patterns suggest professional or value-seeking behavior inconsistent with the promotional intent, and Players in certain geographic regions.
All Wagers placed on crz88 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product category — sportsbook, live casino, slot games, or togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets. In the event of any conflict between a product-specific rule and these general Terms, the product-specific rule prevails.
crz88 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any Wager at its sole discretion, including where a Wager is placed after an event has concluded, where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect price being displayed, or where the Wager would exceed the platform's current liability limits for the applicable market.
A Wager may be declared void and the stake returned to the Player's Balance in circumstances including: event cancellation, market suspension, clear pricing errors, incomplete match data, and force-majeure events affecting the outcome of the underlying event.
Asian Handicap (voor bola) markets and accumulator (mix parlay) bets are governed by crz88's published sportsbook rules. In mix parlay bets, if any single leg is voided, that leg is removed from the accumulator and the odds recalculated on the remaining legs. The accumulator is settled on the remaining valid legs only.
Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. crz88 operates a brief acceptance delay on all in-play markets to prevent exploitation of delayed broadcast feeds. Bets submitted during this delay period may be refused or settled at the price available at the time of system confirmation.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the crz88 platform. Violation of any item in this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and permanent ban:
crz88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where crz88 reasonably believes that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting crz88 customer support. Prior to closure, all active wagering requirements must be satisfied and any outstanding withdrawals processed. Account closure does not release the Player from any liabilities outstanding at the time of closure.
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the associated Balance is frozen for the duration of the investigation. If the investigation concludes without a finding of breach, the Balance will be released and normal Account access restored. If a material breach is confirmed, crz88 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the Balance as permitted under applicable law.

Where crz88's liability cannot be excluded by law, crz88's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the amount of the disputed transaction or Rp 5.000.000, whichever is lower.
crz88 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
crz88 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers. Personal data is processed solely for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and platform improvement. crz88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, crz88 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered Players by email or in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the crz88 platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the changes.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which crz88 holds its international operating license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through crz88's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing authority.
Before initiating any formal dispute process, Players must first submit a written complaint to the crz88 customer support team at [email protected]. crz88 will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and issue a final resolution within 14 business days. The complaint must include the Account username, the nature of the dispute, and all supporting transaction references.
Players accessing crz88 from Indonesia acknowledge that Indonesian domestic courts may not have jurisdiction over disputes involving offshore gambling platforms. crz88 will nonetheless make reasonable good-faith efforts to resolve disputes in a manner that is fair to Indonesian players, consistent with its international licensing obligations.
